Little Spark of Life leans in on a conversation between a pregnant mom and her little boy as she explains to him, in a fun and imaginative way, about the developing life inside of her.  With exciting rhymes and vibrant illustrations, Little Spark of Life will help families explore the miracle of life.

Authored by ministry partner Courtney Siebring, we hope this book will help parents communicate the value of life to their children.

Science abounds!

This is a beautiful introduction and celebration of an expectant mother, an expectant family. The story tells of the various milestones babies experience in utero and emphasizes the uniqueness that each baby brings to the world. Siebring and Carrossine's work are wonderfully complementary, guiding the reader from conception to birth!

Must-Have for Home, School and Library!

"Little Spark of Life" is a welcomed children's picture book in a sea of subpar literature for children coming from mainline publishing houses today. Author, Courtney Siebring, offers a playful yet accurate narrative about the celebration and anticipation of a new baby. Told from a mother's point of view, the illustrations by Camila Carrossine allow for a child's imagination to take off given what the text describes. A perfect merging of sincerity and child-like wonder makes this book a unique explanation but also serves as a launching point for family dialogue. Respect for life and wonder of God's creation anchors this gem of a book. Perfect for 0- to 10-year-old readers curious about the beginning of life.

Hope "Little Spark" starts a bonfire!

Courtney Siebring's bold and beautiful book proclaims the most important message we can possibly share with our kids right now -- you are a miracle, unique, perfectly formed by the God who imagined you into being, and has a wonderful plan for your life. What an awesome resource for parents, too. Encouraging, truth-telling, inspiring, vibrant -- can't say enough great things about "Little Spark of Life."
